Appointment sessions
Q: How far in advance should I make appointments?
Your appointments should be made 2-3 weeks in advance to you reserve your special time for your memories. Sitting fee should be paid at time of appointment (non-refundable).
Clothing
Q: What are the best colors to wear for black and white portraits?
White is not recommended, dark colors work well, not necessarily black, it can be any other color, red, green, etc.
Q: What are the best colors to wear for color portraits?
Simple is better, if it is a family sitting, wear colors that compliment each other, no busy work.
Q: Can I bring more than one outfit for the sitting?
For children they can get very fussy if you change them more than once so lets try to stay to 2 outfits if possible. Bare feet are always nice.
Q: Can I have outside portraits done?
Most defiantely, at any site of your choice.
Q: Can I do nude shots during maternity and infants?
Shots can be nude or clothed we will arrange shots with cloth or poses to cover various body parts.
Orders
Q: How long will it take to get my proof sheet for viewing?
Most orders will be ready for viewing within 2 weeks, if you have a really large order it make take 2-4 weeks. Our goal is to make your prints the up most of perfection and you can not rush perfection.
Q: How long can I keep my proof sheets for viewing?v
Your proof sheets can be kept up to 2 weeks, if you need longer for out of town guest and/or family please just call and tell us how much you are enjoying your proofs and you need a little longer.
Q: After ordering my prints, how long will it take to receive the order?
Most wedding packages will take 2-4 weeks for order to be completed. Some orders may take longer. We know your lasting memories are very important to you as they are to us, we wouldn't want to rush them.
Payment
Q: What type of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, check or money order. If a check is returned you will have a $35.00 return fee and any other bank fees apply.
Q: When is payment expected for orders?
Orders are to be paid in full at time of ordering. If your order exceeds $250.00 we will let a 50% deposit be paid at time of ordering and the half to be paid at time of pickup.

Q: Can portraits be reproduced via copier or another company?
It is illegal to reproduce a studio print without permission from the photographer. Scanning on a home computer or at another print shop is also included.
